While BRKLYN Pizza Co. is famous for its Neo-New York pizzas, our pasta dishes are just as much a part of our story as well. We’ve taken the same passion and love that go into our pizzas and applied this our selection of pastas that offer both classic Italian comfort and bold, innovative flavors.
One of our star dishes is the Spicy Vodka Rigatoni—a perfect fusion of creamy indulgence and fiery kick. This dish is everything you want in a pasta: rich, flavorful, and a little bit spicy. We start with al dente elbow rigatoni, tossing it in a silky-smooth vodka sauce made with tomatoes, that hint of vodka at the end for depth, and kick. It’s a dish that balances richness with zest, bold flavors with a memorable taste leaving you craving another bite.
We’ve crafted a menu full of “classic” pasta dishes that are straight out of Italy’s best Trattoria’s. From our authentic Roman Carbonara with Italian Guanciale and, – never cream, to our Rigatoni Bolognese which has our slow-cooked meat sauce and served with our own special Mezzi Rigatoni which fill with that Bolognese goodness. And then theirs’s our very popular Linguine Vongole which is bright, light with a little red pepper and surrounded by fresh local clams that deliver that Vongole dish you’d expect in the finest Italian restaurants.
